One of the most important roles we play in life is that of a mentor... listening, guiding, role modeling and simply believing! Just imagine helping someone go further than they thought they could because someone else thought they could. Let that someone else be YOU. Adults who work with young people must have the ability to connect with young people. This engaging and interactive workshop will teach adults to mentor youth to reach their full potential and become strong leaders. This workshop is only for people who like to laugh, interact, talk and never sit down! Participants leave ready to put into action the mentoring skills learned and practiced during this workshop.

Lights, Camera, Caution assists adults in maximizing their impact on young people. The role the media plays in influencing young people is explored through prime time messages, music, movies and the Internet. Adults are shocked by what young people are being exposed to, however they are empowered to do something about it.
